Delete your Huebloom account

Accounts in Huebloom are optional: you only have one if you signed in with Apple or Google to back up your game progress. This page explains how to delete that account and the data linked to it. Developer: Onur Bulut.

The app is in Turkish, so button names below are given in Turkish with the English meaning in brackets.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open Huebloom and tap Profil (Profile) on the home screen.
On the Kaydım (My save) card, tap Hesabımı sil (Delete my account).
Confirm. If you are offline, the request is sent automatically once you are back online.

Delete without opening the app

Email help@onurbulut.dev with the subject "Huebloom account deletion". So we can find your account, tell us how you signed in (Apple / Google) and, if you can, your in-game profile name. We complete the request and reply within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

Account record (a one-way hash derived from the sign-in provider's user number),
Cloud game save (progress, stars, records, statistics, boosters, cards, profile name and avatar, settings, Workshop levels),
All sessions (you are signed out on every device).

These are deleted from the server immediately and permanently; no separate backup is kept. Your email address and name were never collected, so there is no such data to delete.

Data that is kept or managed separately

Progress on your phone stays as it is; to remove it too, uninstall the app or use Ayarlar › "Tüm ilerlemeyi sıfırla" (Settings › Reset all progress).
The leaderboard entry is independent of the account: Profil › "Sıralamadan ayrıl" (Leave the leaderboard) deletes it right away.
The anonymous usage counter is never linked to your account; turning off Ayarlar › Kullanım verisi (Settings › Usage data) deletes that installation's records, otherwise they are deleted automatically after at most 395 days.
Duel rooms are deleted automatically after at most 3 hours.
