ebcam Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the ebcam app ("the app") made by Onur Bulut ("we"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ for iOS, Apple's agreement prevails.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal and commercial photography. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app itself.
Your content
Photos and videos you create with the app belong to you. We do not receive or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for the content you capture and share, and for respecting other people's privacy and the law where you shoot.
ebcam Pro
Some cameras are part of ebcam Pro. You can try them in the viewfinder for free; shooting, importing or re-developing with them requires Pro.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently for your store account.
- Yearly: an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. You can restore previous purchases on a new device with Restore purchases in the app.
Availability and changes
We may update the app, add or change cameras and features, or discontinue parts of it. We aim to keep everything you bought working, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of photos or data. Keep backups of photos that matter to you, for example by saving them to your photo library. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
